Last year, before I got into my in-season sports, she was able to set up and take us through a workout even before even getting her personal training certification. Recently, I’ve had the ability to work with Madeline now that she’s gotten her certification. I’ve seen a very impressive shift since working out with her before. Madeline is very good about focusing on my exact needs being an athlete. She is great about giving me encouragement, staying personable, and keeping high energy throughout the entire workout. When I voice any concern, like a strain or pain, she is able to quickly adjust the workout in order to accommodate. Madeline is also very good at giving me slight adjustments not only during workouts, but after workouts. It’s been a genuine pleasure to work with her and I’m excited to continue to do so.”

“It’s been over 7 years since I’ve been working out at the Burn Boot Camp in Newton (now Needham). I’ve loved the variety in the daily camps, the mods provided for exercises and especially the up beat enthusiasm everyone has… even on hard days when we’re grunting through an exercise that might not be our favorite! I may be in my 60’s but that doesn’t matter. Age doesn’t matter here. Everyone cheers you on, and celebrates you, at whatever level you’re at.

Though weekly for now, I look forward to each workout, knowing I'm in good hands as the supportive, knowledgeable staff, call out my name, encourage me to push through and help adapt moves/weights if I need accommodation. Unlike other gyms I've tried, here, I'm told EXACTLY what to do, how many times, both in person and reinforced on video screens at each station. “I love being at spin classes here! Pre-pandemic, I was in a 5-morning-a-week routine at my workplace gym with a fun instructor and a great little crew. Coming to FireCycle for morning classes has revived my energy and enthusiasm for getting out of bed each day! I didn't realize how much I truly missed this kind of great cardio workout. It's a welcoming place with great instructors and it is CLEAN...I mean CLEAN. It is cleaner than pretty much anywhere in my house and for sure any gym or even restaurant I've ever been to! It's so easy to just drop in, hop on a bike with your water bottle, and get into whatever dance music or mashup the instructor has cued up. They provide towels and even a shower (did I mention how clean this place is?). Lots of street parking available for early morning classes. Come join the fun and get into a great healthy new routine!”

I’ve always been into fitness- rec leagues, orange theory, barre and traditional gyms. I would go in- be on my phone til my workout started and then head out with a quick wave.
Tilt has broken me of that and made fitness a way to connect with people- not escape from them. It’s been a community for me when all my family is out of state and hours away.
