My car broke down on the side of the highway on a holiday weekend and Matt (and a lady whose name I forgot!) was super friendly and helpful. He spoke to me several times and assured me he would save a minivan for me (although it was a busy holiday weekend) until we were able to come and gave us a good rate! Highly recommend...
