We broke down on I-90 about 2 hours from home after a long roadtrip. Our 2011 Siena needed a new alternator and Balise Toyota took care of us. The mechanic very kindly worked late to make the fix and get us back on the road home. Gabby was very pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend them.

They treated me professionally. The work done has been satisfactory. However, I have called twice for two different issues and they haven’t called me back to follow up.

They must overbook appointments. 3 hours waiting and counting for work that takes jiffy lube less than an hour.
