Absolutely the best store in western mass, Thanks to their wonderful staff, but especially Seth and Dakota! The store is Always clean, stocked and the public bathrooms are very convenient. 10/10 every visit!!

I love the Cumberland farm in West Springfield as you take a right toward the north end bridge from elm street. The food is fresh, coffee is great, and the customer service is sociable and friendly!
