“I love the Cumberland farm in West Springfield as you take a right toward the north end bridge from elm street. The food is fresh, coffee is great, and the customer service is sociable and friendly!”

“This is the ONLY true to life bodega in this areas that i have seen. Here you get your american needs cause all the other stores cater to the needs of Bosnian, Russian, Turkish ect. I love other cultures but want to keep with my own as i learn about theirs. Thanks.Quick Stop”
“Good clean place to quickly grab hosehold items. Including ingredients both fresh and non perishable. Or cold prepared meals you can buy with EBT or SNAP if needed, or grab hot pizza hotdogs or whatever else is out. Theyre is also a limited menu you can order off of, and they will prepare and cook it in store..as a dunkin would. Gas is obviously the other reason you would want to use cumby's... pumps are lit at night and watched by authorities as stated in lot.”
“When Ed Nowak opened this store in 1964 or '65 it reminded me a lot of the Chester St. Market a few miles away. These little neighborhood markets were the original convenience stores. A ten-year-old kid like me having to bike that far away to Chester St. to turn in some returnables and get some penny candy or a bag of potato chips (State Line, of course!) was a pain, but having this place open up a half-mile away was great. Fresh local produce as well as fresh-sliced cold cuts and canned goods were available. Not the A&P down on Elm St. or Robert's Supermarket over on Westfield St. at King's Highway, but in a pinch Mr. Nowak always seemed to have what a neighborhood housewife or pesky kid needed at the last minute. Nice to see it's still in business. Hope it stayed in the Nowak family. They were good people.”
“Awesome owner actually has made me sit down when I have come in from riding in the heat or cold because he's concerned about me great prices and good service”

“Went in to pick up some sunglasses on a busy Easter Sunday. A very sweet cashier named Cherish waited on me, not only offered to cut the tag off, but even polished them for me. It's tough enough to have to work on a holiday, and the added customer service is truly appreciated! Thank you Cherish!”
“It is not too often that I get my moneys worth at gas stations but this one does it for me. I feel more secure in the money I pay to buy gas here. They also have awesome snacks too so be sure to check that out!!”
“I can’t say enough about the CVS Pharmacy team! I arrived right at closing time and was worried I might not get my prescription filled, but they went above and beyond to make sure I got my medications without any stress or delay.
The staff was friendly, efficient, and genuinely caring, making what could have been a stressful situation feel seamless and easy. It’s rare to find a pharmacy that combines professionalism, speed, and personal attention so perfectly.
Thanks to them, I left feeling relieved, cared for, and impressed. If you want fast, reliable service with a team that truly cares about their patients, this CVS is absolutely the place to go!”
“Stopped by this CITGO and honestly had a really good experience. The place was clean, well stocked, and easy to get in and out of. The staff was friendly and actually acknowledged me, which you don’t always get at gas stations. Prices were reasonable, pumps worked without any issues, and the store was organized. It’s clear they take care of this location. Definitely one of the better gas stations in the area—will be coming back.”
