“I had such a wonderful experience at Long Radio in West Springfield. I went in looking for replacing my screen for my Apple CarPlay in my 2018 Subaru Outback. They were helpful, efficient, and informative. They ordered the part, and got it in a week later. They were flexible on installation and very clean when doing so. I never felt pressured by any upcharges or lack of transparency. Highly recommend.”

“I was pleasantly surprised with the treatment I received. My salesperson explained the process so I would understand, he helped me compare phones, and answered my questions. I recommend this store over the one in Keene (horrible customer service in Keene store).”

“ATC is the kind of company that does the Big E, big ethnic festivals in the area. So you get the idea. I walked in one day recently with the idea of renting whatever I might need to do a scroll of photos and videos for a 10 year celebration of life. I figured a tv and some piece of equipment. Extremely small potatoes for this company. And know this was in the midst of the Big E! Tony Caliento, President, greeted me. He asked if the venue had a tv. Yes. So all I needed was the contraption to scroll the stuff. Big price differential. I made an appointment to see Derrick to see if everything was going to work and what I supplied didn’t work. 😳 He figured out what was wrong and we were good. Without the tv the estimate of $350 went to $20. So what I am saying is this is an honorable approachable business. If you need audio visual anything go to ATC.”

“Went to pay my bill. I also got information on how to switch a different carrier's phone to my account. They were very helpful. Most Verizon store sales people are not as helpful as this one was! Thank you so very much for your help!”
