“My husband was hit while on his motorcycle. Years ago we purchased a recliner from the West Springfield store. I went to set it up for my husband, so it would be ready when he came home from the hospital and rehab. It wouldn't work. I called the store in West Springfield and spoke with Mike. At first he said he would order the part and it would take about 7-10 days. When I explained my husband needed the chair now as he was on his way home, Mike said he would take parts from a new chair and be right out.He came to our home within a few hours and got the chair up and running. Last month my sister asked about the new couch - we bought it 13 years ago & sit on jt all night every night, it's our only seating in living room. She's at our house regularly.
