“Highly recommend LAUNDRY CENTRAL excellent customer service! The washing machines and dryers are new. Download the app “Speed Queen” makes paying simple! Not to mention no guessing when the washer or dryer is done. The prices are reasonable $8.00medium load and $2.00 for 30 mins Hot dryer!! I am not a connoisseur of laundromats but this is by far the best I’ve ever used!!!!”

“I've used Laundromax (Springfield Plaza) twice during my stay in Springfield, Mass. and it was great both times. The first time, the attendant Tabari was a big help and the second time, attendant Mike was! I appreciated how clean and dry my clothes were and was especially grateful for free drying! It was my first time to use the Clean Card instead of coin and I couldn't believe how easy and efficient it was. No more having coins fall, jam, or return! Laundromax was great for my laundering needs and I'm glad I found this place.”

“My usual dry cleaners doesn't do their own anymore and couldn't do a 2 day turn on a suit for a funeral. They recommended Omega and they were able to get my husbands suit cleaned and pressed with time to spare. Great, friendly staff, reasonable prices and great work. They will be my new go to for his uniforms too.”
“Mirkins is an AWESOME dry cleaner. They have great service (from dry cleaning, to sewing and repairs), friendly owner and staff, and very flexible on pickup time from quick to normal few days. And best of all, they have very reasonable prices. I drive 25 miles to there location and i would not use any other dry cleaner. THE BEST!”

“I have used this cleaner twice, they we very helpful and thorough.The reason for 4 stars is for a couple of reasons:1. I brought in a jacket to relocate the buttons on the sleeves. There was an issue, and I was not told until I came in to pick it up. Had to wait another week. Need better communication.2. You have to pay cash for alterations. The cleaner should bill the client and pay their vendor the cash they are requesting?Other than above, I believe the prices and customer service are excellent.”

Great spot and many things around like grocery store, they also cook inside the grocery store, you got a pizza spot, family dollar, and across the street you have liquor store, barber shop, hair salon, nail salon right up the street and last but not least, the Laundromat.”
“I came in today with my son to get a suit tailored, the man treated us with kindness and gentleness. I also appreciate his honesty in letting us know that he couldn’t alter our suit since the suit was to big on my son. Thank you”

“This place is nice. Plenty of parking. The washers accept coins or cards. For some reason, my card kept declining with money definitely in my account. The lady who oversees the place helped me, but still the same outcome. She directed me to the bar next door for an ATM. My clothes are washing nicely AND THE DRYERS ARE FREE!
If my home washers gives out again, I will be back. I WILL come back soon to wash my comforters though.

“Very clean and quiet. Staff is very friendly.. Small washers are 3.00 and the dryer are .25 cents for every 7min, I would definitely recommend this laundry place.”
“I never had a problem with Julie's except I wish they would clean rubber part of their washing machines..I really don't like to find nasty stuff stuck in the rubber part of the..Also I wish they would make sure the machines are running properly..So for the price you can't go wrong”

“I am impressed by this dry cleaning store- I brought in last month a cotton jacket and bathroom shower curtain that are dry clean only. Both had old stains and they even wet washed it to remove them completely. They go out of their way to get the job done immaculately. Now I can still proudly wear my old jacket which looks brand new.”
“Place was a mess when I got here. But can not blame it on the ladies watching the place as the customer's for the most part seem like they could care less about it. Anyway the staff were very kind and I hope the customer's will start picking up after themselves.”

“Clean place. Lots of parking in front and rear of building. Handicap ♿️ parking and access. They do have a laundry service if you don't want to do your own. Change, drink, snack, laundry needs machines. Bathroom ?. And a person on site.”
