“Went to the Apple Store right next to them to have my phone screen repaired. My screen was very cracked and the bottom 3rd of the screen wasn’t responding. Apple told me it would cost $200, take multiple hours, and they may have to do a factory reset on my phone just to fix it. I left and went to Shatter & Case, they had my phone fixed with a new screen, the bottom portion working again, and all within 10 minutes of walking up to them. Saved myself $50 and lots of time. They really came in clutch!”
