“The employee that I spoke with was super nice and told me that they would not come out until I tried to drive the vehicle again which at that time was 3 hours. When my fiance tried to drive it it was able to move. The employee that answered said that it could have been a frozen caliper. I'm not sure of anything that's mechanical, I'm not good at that area, but anyways the point is he was super nice and decided to tell me what could be wrong. So, instead of pulling one over on me and just towing me, the employee suggested that we try to drive the car one more time. At that point it had been 3 hours and lo and behold it worked. I appreciate that so much and I would recommend this company to anyone.”

“It’s the morning after and all I can say is thank goodness I’m not looking at a huge moving truck sunk into my dad’s prized front lawn. A snowy winter mix set the stage. With the truck 3/4 full with household contents a quick stop to pick up just a few things out of storage turned bad when the driver slid off the driveway and could not for the next 2 hours pull itself out, churning and churning. Billy showed up quickly with a huge ring and then for then next hour plus expertly finessed the truck out of the hole it had dug. It was masterful because it wasn’t straight forward. He had to reposition his lines to get the curve of the driveway respecting my parent’s yard and old growth landscaping. Thank you, thank you Billy!!!”
“Best local shop I have been to in a long time. They are kind, honest and friendly. I live down the road from the shop and the owner has offered to bring me home when they work on my car. I was quoted twice the amount for a battery at the dealership than what they quoted . I hadn’t been in the shop for a couple years but when I gave them my name and phone number they remembered my previous car they had worked on. If you need work done on your vehicle don’t hesitate, stop at Guy’s in West Suffield.”

“Have to give them 5 stars. I know its a state and city contract towing service and some claim to have a bad experience. I started off that way. Our car broke down on the Mass Pike. State trooper called for a tow truck. The only one allowed to do it. They towed my car to our destination. The driver after releasing the car needed to jack it up to get something. When he was jacking it up kind of roughly he ended up destroying the front end of the car. I was shocked and had no idea what was going to happen next. I called CJ's and explained what happened. They excepted responsibility and offered to make it right. They picked up the dead car with a messed up front end and brought to their shop. I recieved a call two days later and they told me the fixed the front end of the car. Even removed some scratches that were already there. Replaced the battery and tested the alternator. Everything was working. The even detailed the car.
They took a bad situation and made it right. So that is a 5 stars.”

“The guys from Red's came to CT to help relocate our oxygen and argon tanks in preparation for a 15k sq' addition about to break ground at our aerospace EDM and laser facility in Southington. They were amazing to work with. Knew their stuff and watching them work was nothing short of impressive. Like we told them, we have $4M of lasers in this facility but the coolest thing we saw all day was them manipulating these monsters like they were putting a carton of milk in the fridge. Big shout out to Corey from Linde and everyone at Red's for a job very well done!”
