“Well, what can I say that other people haven't already??? Seriously?
My wife and I called early this morning and were told to head right over. Not only head over, but without knowing what the job entailed we were told that Darren was only available today because he was going on vacation tomorrow and he would get the job done unseen!!! Are you serious? Who does this anymore? I'll tell you who? Nobody! That's who.
So I headed right over where he was pulling one car out and didn't look like he was hurting for work but took my car in without waiting. I'm not making this up. I didn't wait five minutes. Car went in, price was established, hands were shook, car was done in 20 minutes! This whole process from the time I called to the time he BACKED MY CAR OUT, took an hour. 😂. An hour! Now I'm not going to pretend I believe this happens every time, but that was pretty good service and I'm going to tell people about it.

“I had a great experience. I had exhaust pipe and muffler issues on my truck. They diagnosed in 5-10 minutes, gave me a look and options, and had me smiling as a pulled away an hour later with a shiny new exhaust. It was worth waiting a couple days for an appointment. Nice guys. Pay cash and save. Note they do not accept personal checks and will pass on the 3.5% credit surcharge to you so find an ATM on the way.”

“Had a pretty good experience buying my car from Coggins. Brian F. and Matt S. were both great to work with and made the whole process easy. They were helpful, responsive, and never made me feel pressured.
I also really appreciated that the pricing was straightforward. There weren't any hidden fees or weird/questionable charges added on, which made me feel like I was getting a fair deal.
My only minor issue was that the exterior of the car wasn't as clean as I would have liked when I picked it up. Other than that, I was happy with the experience and would definitely recommend Brian and Matt.”
