“Highly recommend this place! It’s amazing! Clean. Great service. Breakfast was to die for. No elevator. Stairs to rooms are steep in case that’s an issue for you.”

“very comfortable place to stay, hotel is beautiful with historic appointments appropriate to its time.. lobby full of great artwork. adjacent restaurant delicious, great and knowledgeable bartenders ! experienced mixologist would stay here again”
“This property upholds the Marriott standard you used to see everywhere. Very clean, rooms are spacious and well stocked. Housekeeping comes every other day and does a great job! Situated in a very safe upper scale area away from traffic and the city but a short drive to food and shopping. We were told this Courtyard is 7 years old. It is aging well and you can tell they take care of it. The landscaping is beautiful, fire pits and lots of outdoor seating/eating area. Large lobby downstairs that’s decorated very nicely. Starbucks coffee is available at the bistro. My old complaint about this place is that I don’t care for Starbucks and I wish they had Marriott coffee, and the water was hot but I prefer a tad hotter. Everything else was great and I couldn’t hav even more pleased! Parking was ample and complimentary. The staff was professional and very helpful and friendly. Thanks so much! God bless!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
A place to pause, reflect, and reset
Visited in late February during an unexpected snowstorm — the property blanketed in 2-3 inches of fresh snow made for a stunning arrival. Miraval sits on a sprawling estate in Lenox, MA, with historic charm (especially the southern manor) and all the facilities you'd expect: spa, pool, gym, golf course, and barn.
Service is the real standout — easily among the best I've encountered in North America. Genuinely warm, proactive, and never performative. Tarot instructor Jan is an absolute must; highly recommend booking her session.
Food is health-focused and locally sourced — nothing extraordinary, but the kombucha at the self-serve station alone is worth a mention.
To set expectations honestly: this isn't the place for five-star luxury (Tokyo/Paris Park Hyatt), pure relaxation (Caribbean), or dedicated spiritual retreat (Alila Bali). It's something different — a space designed to help you slow down, look inward, and reconnect with what matters.
If that's what you're looking for, Miraval delivers.”

“Stayed in February during ski season. Room are pricey. But then all of the Berkshires hotels are. Room was clean bed was comfortable. Front staff were pleasant. Breakfast was typical nothing fancy but it was good. Pool was open.”
“Great room and great location for everything we were doing in the Berkshires. Quiet motel off the main road, clean room that was pet friendly and very reasonably priced. The code to enter the room was texted to me a few hours before check-in and we got a great email with some excellent ideas sent a few days ahead of time that was very helpful and had great suggestions. Not having to check in with a person worked out great for us, it was a very easy experience and we had a great time staying here for 3 nights. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Nice hotel for a quick run to the slopes in the White Mnt. The breakfast was good nothing fancy but all you need to start the day with a full belly. The coffee was super ? the only thing I didn't like there are NO bathtubs in any room and nothing like a hot bath after long day in the slopes. However, i probably come back again for a night or two.”

“Not a hotel, but one of the most relaxing, interesting and wonderful places to stay. Seems like they’re in a transition right now, and we hope they find their path. We will always want to stay at Eastover when in the Berkshires.”

“Resort is now called Miraval, and the golf course Wyndhurst. Only went for golf, and can say the course is in good condition. Greens are firm, but run a little slow. Fairways lush, and rough is penal as it should be. Definitely will be back.”

“This staff that was working when I checked in today around 3pm were absolutely the finest example of caring and awesome customer service. They were so good with my stressed out baby. Now he is very comfortable. I was very impressed by the front desk and the wonderful woman working valet.
Thank you all so much!!!”

“We stayed at the Lenox Club through reciprocal arrangements with a club that we belong to. The Lenox Club rooms are comfortable and lovely. We look forward to visiting here again, and hope this historic property can be long preserved for future generations.”
“I loved staying at the Shaker Mill Inn. When they say “pet-friendly,” they really mean it. They left a cute box with food and water bowls, a blanket, and a few treats in our room. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast options were very nice. It is quiet, private, and peaceful, and also very convenient to lots of major attractions in the Berkshires, including Tanglewood and Kripalu. I will definitely be back!
Noteworthy details: Pet-friendly!”
