Though the hotel is situated on a busy main road, which can bring some noise from police and ambulance traffic, overall, guests find it to be a good value for the price. Parking might be limited at night, with some tight spots, but this does not detract significantly from the experience. The hotel’s location is about a five-minute drive to Hyannis, where there are many restaurants and activities to enjoy, making it a practical base for exploring the area. While there was a minor billing issue during one stay, it was resolved, and guests appreciated the helpful staff. the room was very clean and the front desk staff were helpful. yarmouth isn’t the NICEST area on the cape for sure, but there was plenty to do in the surrounding area, it’s about a 5 minute drive into hyannis and we found a lot of restaurants and activities there.

Peak season and we were able to book Friday night only. Except for no view, excellent motel - pool and room excellent cleaning. Flowers at property were an added bonus. Definitely weakness in towels - they need to replace them more often. Beds wonderful which is a high priority. Will be returning for sure.

I left my Apple Watch in the room. I called the reception desk the day after. They found my watch and sent it in a box with a tracking number. Really helpful staff.
