1. Value for money housing and access to highway and key supermarkets.
2. Spacious open places and good amenities well maintained, Parking and secure nibhours.
3. Humberto and joe operations team does a good job supporting any breakdowns or repairs.
4. Office team is supportive.

Need Improvement:
1. Pest like roches and mice are challenging however they do pest treatment any number of time you ask for but no Improvement will happen.
2. Floor with carpets will stink despite of repeat cleaning and treatment.”

“A real blessing and good change in my experience here at Avalon, with the arrival of Saul to the Marlborough team.
It totally transformed my experience to have someone who also speaks Spanish. My daughter always had to coordinate orders, calls, and maintenance visits. Before he arrived, the guys were very cool, I truly appreciated Erik and Kevin for their understanding and willingness to help and talk to my daughter on the phone when she couldn't be here. Incredibly refreshing to have someone with whom I can speak in my language, and also who is willing to do so since not everyone is. Saúl is truly a blessing to me for that, but also for his genuine will and kindness that goes beyond his tasks. Thank you very much for your empathy in taking the time and alerting me when you are going to test and sound the fire alarms in our building. Because of my age and sensitivity to my hearing, these trials have always been a cause of stress and anxiety in my past until Saúl arrived. So much so that in the past my poor daughter had to figure out how to get me out for the day so I wouldn't be here. Now, she and I feel a great relief to have Saúl, a true angel. God bless you, always. Being bilingual is another valuable skill to have, a blessing. Very grateful to have Saúl in our beautiful community, since having him here created a feeling of tranquility, security, since I have someone I can count on.
