“My card information got stolen in Worcester while getting gas, they called me before I even got back in my car from getting gas to let me know there was a charge on my account of $130 and they denied it. Saved me so much of a hassle denying that charge and calling me immediately! I called on their off hours and they took care of it, I could not love this place more!”

“The drive through atm takes a little getting used to as the machine itself seems to be slightly recessed thereby making the driver pull close enough that only inches separate the side mirror and the cemented poles. The walk up atm is nice and although one should always be aware of their surroundings while at an atm, the location and lighting makes using the walk up atm feel safe and secure.”

“I see everyone ripping on this branch in the reviews here. Worth posting my personal experience, which was five stars... I needed to set up a brand new account for my son who just got his first job. I went on the app, made an appointment, then had someone from the branch call me shortly thereafter and confirm what we needed as well as the date/time. Upon arrival we started immediately. The gentleman who we worked with was super professional, operated quickly to set up the account, all while dealing with new customers coming in. From what I saw, people were coming in unannounced without an appointment on a Saturday morning, many with non-routine banking requests that a standard teller wouldn't be tasked with handling, then getting mad that they had to wait to be seen. It's not the branch's fault that these customers had planned their visit poorly. If you need to take care of something a bit more involved, be an adult and make an appointment, ask what documentation you need ahead of time, and have your documents in order when you arrive... If you do those things, you'll have a better experience I'm sure.”
