“My Tractor Broke down on the Highway the Clutch on a Automatic transmission burned up they gave me a Rental tractor was clean ran great all ready for me when I got there they fixed mine and replaced the clutch and dug a little deeper into the problem and figured out the air dryer was part of the problem why Clutch failed that's excellent Service if i break down again I hope it's near Milford Massachusetts so I can return for Great Service Thanks to Ryder Milford”

They have been fantastic partners with our company for the last 5 years. Our last purchase of two brand new Hino Trucks was nothing short of excellent. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. They also partnered us with the right company to have the trucks wrapped and then went above and beyond by dropping off our trucks for that service and when the job was completed, they delivered both trucks to our office in Pembroke and then took the time to show us all the features on the new trucks.”
“The owner is pretty darn cool, has a awesome corvette with a pretty cool trick he may show tell you about if you ask.The associates are awesome so shout out to James, dude was the biggest help with figuring out stuff for a big move.Everyone there was also friendly and not super serious which makes it hard to talk or ask questions.Definitely recommend for renting moving vans, clean and in-stock, clean area and well covered u-box loading area, the storage area is well ventilated but there aren't doors closing off areas incase of fires but they have good security and sprinklers. The drivable area is good so no pot holes and weird parking. The inside store has a lot of commonly purchased products which are over priced.”

“I recently had to rent a power washer, and I wanted to share that my experience dealing with Monnick/Marlborough Grand Rental was excellent. I have been taking my equipment to them to get serviced, as well as buy necessary hardware supplies. Often times we overlook the smaller stores and go to the big box stores (Lowes, Home Depot, etc). However, these guys are personable, friendly, willing to help, and they work with you to solve your problems. I will definitely go back here, and I do recommend them.”
“I used this location for a trailer rental in January. Bob is very easy to deal with. I asked if he could repair the wiring for my utility trailer? I got a quote of $200 for re wiring but he researched the issue and found that it was just a short so my bill was 1/2 that! Bob is friendly and professional along with complete explanation of service performed. And to top it off, they support local charities. Oh yeah, they sell automobiles. *****”

He was kind enough to call me back and confirm I was set to move in. He was even there the day of move in and made it quick and easy for us to get in and out. “Fantastic experience, first with the male employee who went out of his way to call me to make sure I didn't lose my reservation because I was over an hour late, then in person with the same very polite and personable male employee. (He told me his sister works there too so I am very glad their family is taking such good care of the U-Haul name and business.) Then when I returned the truck that evening a female employee assisted me who was equally polite, charming, and jovial (and an absolute knockout so, bonus points, but really it was her personality that sold the experience). I can without a doubt recommend this location to anyone looking for a truck, storage, and A+ effort all around. Thank you both for a positive experience!”
“I made a reservation online, walked inside to finalize and get my keys which only took 5-10 minutes, and everything went smoothly. I was worried about this being a little gas station, but the owner is friendly and helpful, and the truck was in good condition. You can also park your car in his back lot if you don't have someone to bring you there and back to pick up the truck.”
