“We have been going to Degrays for years to keep two older cars going. They have been great. Reliable, honest, quick. Good prices. We recently towed my daughters car from eastern mass because we wanted someone trustworthy to look at it. And that's degrays.”

“I live in the Berkshire when I come down to the flatlands of the Pioneer Valley. This is where I get my gas they have the best prices. I don’t go very often to the Pioneer valley but when I do and visit this gas station, customer service is excellent.”

“Not used to seeing a cash price Up on the Price display board Period I've been in the south a long time so I thought I was getting my gas for one price and then realized I wasn't. Not their fault.”

“I've been going here since this place opened. The service I've had has always been good, whether I'm getting gas or looking for one of their entrees for a quick dinner or a cup of coffee. They have a lot of our deli favorites, such as chicken curry and chicken parm. The staff are always pleasant and helpful, and the store is always sparkling clean. Really nice place to go to.”

“This station is clean, well lit, fully stocked, and they have an amazing staff. I have a special needs child, and regularly have to be up as early as 2-3am. Being able to run down the street to someplace safe and secure for milk-etc. means the world to me. Amjad, the wonderful gentleman that works third shift is very friendly, attentive, and always happy to help in any way he can. It means a lot to have a positive relationship with the businesses in your community, and these guys are knocking it out of the park! Many Thanks!!”

“Very clean always. Now that the pumps have all been fixed. It’s much better experience. Pumps were broken, but that was an astronomical amount I need to fix them and hundreds of thousands of dollars. But now that everything‘s been taken care of. Sanjay is an amazing human one of the nicest, most polite people ever me, and he’s their most every day in the evenings.”

“This is the only thing open in Westfield 24/7 which is helpful to me because I am up and about all night in many days of the year. The price is a bit steep for some things, but better than nothing when nothing else is open. The service I have received is great. I have made a lot of small chat with several of the employees. They seem pretty friendly to me.”
216 Lockhouse Road, Westfield MA 01085
“Only negative experience is I needed to explain my unique situation how I manage my deliveries on my own so I shouldn't be charged with all other fees. Last time I think I was understood so hopefully won't need to call again. Persons I talked to on the phone were very helpful and nice by the way. Good job..”

The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
