“My vehicle failed initial inspection, they advised, I addressed the issues, came back and they passed the vehicle the second time. Professional and courtious. My only issue, this was a used car purchase and it had a belt receiver tucked into the seat. It's my problem not theirs, I get that. I just felt they could have been a bit more helpful on that, but these shops probably lose money doing inspections, and that vehicle didn't need any repairs, so 5 stars is very reasonable.”
“I’ve been going to S Maple Jiffy Lube for Oil changes for years and it’s always a pleasant experience, have never had an issue! Competent mechanics with no sales pressure.. they will tell you if repairs are needed, but they are honest and transparent only looking to help you! I’ve had oil changes with different crews at this location, and they are all knowledgeable.
