“I had great experiences at this USPS in Holyoke. The lobby is clean. The people there are very friendly and helpful. The clerk Cathy helped me fill the mailing label when I sent international packages. She also patiently explained what's the significance of having a signature from the receiver when I went there to mail important documents.
By the way, the people in the office know how to do prepaid mails.”

I wish they would give the people getting passports clear instructions that they can walk away with, fill out the form, then come back to the counter instead of standing there clogging up the line and every time I hear the same thing “you have to fill everything out, yup you need to fill that out too” idk how a stranger needs to assist you in writing your personal information, it shouldn’t be that difficult. Otherwise the line seems to move quickly.”
“Tanya is so patient. While I might have been held up because the woman ahead of me was having some kind of a change of address crisis that held the window open beyond service hours, Tanya continued to assist
her without getting obviously frustrated or upset with the person. Postal workers regularly have to deal with a lot of unkind and thoughtless people. It's nice to know our office doesn't forget that the person on the other side is human.”
