“I Live at 241 Jackson st 2E and there always seems to be a prob When delivering my mail especially stuff I have tracking for two times this week they did not deliver my package one packages that got sent back to the sender stating that I had moved and there was no forwarding address when I have not moved and I just checked the tracking on my second package that has been sent back to the post office pending address verification and when I check the address that I put to be shipped to on the sites that I ordered from they are all the correct address so I don’t know what is going on with this post office…… update to my original review I did get a call back from the supervisor at this location she was very helpful and helping me figure out what the problem was and also resolving the problem I’m appreciative of Miranda and all her help”
“Very well-kept post office with friendly and knowledgable staff. It was my first time renewing a passport by mail and I wasn't sure what to do. The clerk not only helped me with my passport photo, but checked to make sure my documents were in order and mailed the application out for me. That kind of attentive service is hard to find these days.”

“I admit, I was terrified when my package from St. Louis to Seattle somehow ended up on the opposite coast in Massachusetts. I was even more upset when I read the reviews for this distribution center. Fortunately for me, they redirected my package to its proper direction in a timely matter. I had no conversation with them, because I didn't need to. They handled it. I appreciate that alot. So, if your package ends up here, give them a lil time and patience. It may arrive later than expected, but it will arrive.”

“I have been to my fair share of post offices from ALL over the greater US, and the Hadley location is by far one of the best ones I’ve been to. The staff are always helpful and courteous whenever I’ve need their service. Their selection of packages are well stocked. If you’re ever in the need for a box or padded envelope, they offer a decent selection to choose from. Kudos to the USPS team here. I appreciate you.”

I wish they would give the people getting passports clear instructions that they can walk away with, fill out the form, then come back to the counter instead of standing there clogging up the line and every time I hear the same thing “you have to fill everything out, yup you need to fill that out too” idk how a stranger needs to assist you in writing your personal information, it shouldn’t be that difficult. Otherwise the line seems to move quickly.”

“If stamp collecting is your thing, than this is the post office for you! They have an excellent selection of current stamps, and a decent group of slightly older stamps. If you're looking for a specific newly released stamp, and other area post offices are already out of it, try the Florence Post Office.”
“Love this post office! Staff is always courteous, patient, and friendly. Yes, sometimes the lines are long, especially around holidays and lunch times, but it gives you time to chat to other people waiting in line with you. I’ve been to other post offices in the Springfield area and always come back here.”

“I went in to look for service, there were three people before me. Very attentive, optimal and fast service. If you go on pay days you have to wait longer but no more than 20 minutes in line.”
“Not much parking around there, but I was very happy that I was able to mail off some letters that had to go out at the very end of the month. Since they were open until 6PM, I was able to get them out in the nick of time. On Saturdays, most post offices are closed after 12PM. This one is not! Happy that they are open later than the usual hours!!!”

“I just love this location. Beautiful old building, always immaculate, and Kathy keeps the place running smoothly, especially when it gets busy.
Other Western Mass post offices (that I won't name here!) are eager to close the door in your face at a few minutes before closing time, but downtown Holyoke tries to take care of every customer in line, with patience and kindness.”
