“I live in an apartment building and we have mailboxes for each apartment. When we get a package, the mail person puts a key in our mailbox. I get informed delivery and it said that my package was delivered in at mailbox.
My key was not in my mailbox and I was a little confused, but it was not there. I called up the post office in Northampton and spoke to a very pleasant postal worker. The postal worker reached out to the letter carrier and they returned to my apartment complex within an hour to give me the key in my box. I think that the United States Postal Service went above and beyond, and I could not be happier with their service. Thank you very much USPS.”

“I recently had to send a package internationally and, honestly, I was a bit unsure after reading some of the older reviews. But I’m so glad I went anyway — my experience couldn’t have been better! Keegan at the counter was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to walk me through the best shipping options, answered all my questions, and made the whole process easy and stress-free.
But I have to say — even more credit goes to my regular mail carrier from this same post office. Tyler is always on time, polite, and clearly the kind of worker, who adds more to the job than the job adding to them. Rain or shine, he delivers with consistency and care. His reliability and professionalism really stand out and deserve recognition just as much as the great service I received in person.

I wish they would give the people getting passports clear instructions that they can walk away with, fill out the form, then come back to the counter instead of standing there clogging up the line and every time I hear the same thing “you have to fill everything out, yup you need to fill that out too” idk how a stranger needs to assist you in writing your personal information, it shouldn’t be that difficult. Otherwise the line seems to move quickly.”

If you're looking for a specific newly released stamp, and other area post offices are already out of it, try the Florence Post Office.”

“Not much parking around there, but I was very happy that I was able to mail off some letters that had to go out at the very end of the month. Since they were open until 6PM, I was able to get them out in the nick of time. On Saturdays, most post offices are closed after 12PM. This one is not! Happy that they are open later than the usual hours!!!”

I had the wrong return label. (It was an example what a return label looks like). Instead of jumping on the stupid move I made he was calm and explained everything.
This is why the work for the post office, they know what they are doing.
I rushed back the next day with the correct label. He put it on there with respect. Your all set!”

Other Western Mass post offices (that I won't name here!) are eager to close the door in your face at a few minutes before closing time, but downtown Holyoke tries to take care of every customer in line, with patience and kindness.”
