UNFORTUNATELY, SALES ASSOCIATES "OFTEN" HAVE TO "LEAVE" THE REGISTER TO "VERIFY" PROMO'S(IE: BUY I GET I FREE ETC.) THIS UNFORTUNATELY MAKES THIER JOB MORE DIFFICULT, AND COULD EASILY BE "AVOIDED" IF "ALL" ITEMS ON SALE AND PROMO DEALS, WERE "CORRECTLY " PUT IN CVS'S POS SYSTEMS!”
“Oh boy I went in today after oral surgery and they filled my prescription quickly. A pharmacy filling a prescription does not warrant 5 stars. However, they were kind, professional and sympathetic to my situation and that is 5 stars. Goodbye CVS”
“Not a regular customer of this location, but I transferred a prescription here when it was out at my usual pharmacy and the staff I spoke with on the phone across several calls (don't remember names sadly) were very helpful and accommodating in what is generally a pretty tricky process. Other than some longer phone hold times (almost certainly a symptom of being understaffed, as many chain pharmacies tend to be) I had a very positive experience with a reasonably quick turnaround time. 5 stars may be somewhat generous (I'd probably say 4-4.5), but pharmacy reviews are naturally going to be a lightning rod for frustrated patients so this review hopefully can offset some of the negativity.”
