I have read the previous reviews and yes, it usually does smell like cigarette smoke and the older woman behind the counter isn’t usually friendly but I’ve caught her on an off day and she can be very nice. “I stopped in for gas and a coffee on my way to work and experienced some odd issues at the pump with the computer. Joseph came right out from the store to assist before I even realized there was an issue. He was super friendly and quickly fixed the problem for me. Nice to see a the staff so quick to run out and help even on a chilly morning”

“Went into the store at exactly 11:00 pm to try to get a hot coffee as I am working a Detail in the shopping plaza next door.
The store says it is open until 12:00 am and there was no coffee available.
so you would figure there would be at least hot coffee available for those of us that work late or even people traveling through the area of of 495.
When I asked the woman behind the counter she was very Rude about not having any available.
I have gone in this same store before at even 11:45 and the coffee was available
If your hours are until midnight then all items should be available until closing like most other convenience stores.
I can understand they want to get out on time after they close.
But being Rude about it is unacceptable.”
“I had a script that required a prior authorization from my insurance company. It required a few attempts. I used my CVS app to ask question at the pharmacy. Within 30 minutes I received calls from the pharmacy helping me through the process.
The staff I worked with were very helpful and efficient in the process.

“Not a regular customer of this location, but I transferred a prescription here when it was out at my usual pharmacy and the staff I spoke with on the phone across several calls (don't remember names sadly) were very helpful and accommodating in what is generally a pretty tricky process. Other than some longer phone hold times (almost certainly a symptom of being understaffed, as many chain pharmacies tend to be) I had a very positive experience with a reasonably quick turnaround time. 5 stars may be somewhat generous (I'd probably say 4-4.5), but pharmacy reviews are naturally going to be a lightning rod for frustrated patients so this review hopefully can offset some of the negativity.”

“EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MAKING "SURE" SALE/PROMO OFFERS ARE REFLECTED ON BILL. UNFORTUNATELY, SALES ASSOCIATES "OFTEN" HAVE TO "LEAVE" THE REGISTER TO "VERIFY" PROMO'S(IE: BUY I GET I FREE ETC.) THIS UNFORTUNATELY MAKES THIER JOB MORE DIFFICULT, AND COULD EASILY BE "AVOIDED" IF "ALL" ITEMS ON SALE AND PROMO DEALS, WERE "CORRECTLY " PUT IN CVS'S POS SYSTEMS!”

“Nab One Stop consistently impresses me with how well organized and spotless the store is. They seem to have everything you would need in a pinch, and they are my go to for Dom's meats!! The craft beer selection is impressive, I'm not a wine drinker they always have something for my wife to enjoy. I am blown away with there Bourbon selection, they carry all of my favorites and always have something new for me to discover at a very reasonable price (as or less than NH). Matt and his team have done a great job, and are continually improving!!!”
