I am always thrilled with the result, and the staff is always wonderful.Most recently they helped me with valuing and selling estate jewelry, took the stress out of a difficult task, and made it fun. While we were at it, they helped me upgrade my diamond earring studs, which I am also thrilled and delighted with.The A&A staff is not only friendly and knowledgeable, they are EXPERT jewelers and make you feel like family while you're there. Jewelry is their passion and it shows. I highly recommend them.”

“I had a great experience with Jewelry Express in the Dartmouth Mall today. I have a ring that means a lot to me, and lately, it's been catching on my clothes and the moonstone has been a little bit loose. So I called the original company, Black Tree Lab, and they said I could ship it to them for repair, but it was something I could just take to a local jeweler to have fixed because I was stressed about it getting lost in the mail overseas. I took it to Jewelry Express, and within 5 minutes (maybe less), I had my ring fixed and shining again for a great price. If you have any jewelry needs, go see Jose! I couldn't be any more grateful. I haven't taken this ring off in over 5 years, and before Jose's expertise, it was looking like I'd have to ship it out to another jewelry repair shop and wait at least two weeks just for an estimate, never mind a repair.”
