“My wait was quick, met by a professional and personable Lab Tech. Yes the room was small and filled with boxes which the Tech apologized for its appearance. Definitely not her fault but aware of atmosphere and instantly put at ease. The Lab Tech had a Peaceful Spirit, smiling calm demeanor and was made comfortable throughout wish I remembered her name. Very good at her job, blood draw was professionally done with quality care & conversation made for calm visit. Was able to navigate my vein’s shyness with ease and calming effortless efficiency. The outcome was the best experience good conversation and no bruising or markings expected after my body dehydration and difficulty due to medical issue. The Outcome was you Wouldn’t know there was ever a difficulty. Tech made this experience a walk in park with a friend kind of day . With no need to focus on supplies surrounding. I prefer to try stay positive to keep my Spirits High and this Lab Tech made the difference. So thank you to the Beautiful young lady that brightened my cloudy day. “I have never been to Urgent care but will say my first experience was very pleasant!!!
My mom is visiting from Canada for the holidays and became ill.
I started feeling concerned that she has pneumonia, so I decided to take her to urgent care to get checked.
The wait time is irrelevant as I feel that would depend on how many people are waiting to be seen. We went in Christmas Eve and the place was slammed.
The receptionist was so pleasant and kind.
My mom had to pay $250 to be seen. Which we expected. As she didn't have insurance.
I don't usually write many reviews BUT HAD to once we met John, the nurse practitionar who treated my mom!
HE WAS BEYOND amazing. His bed side manners was great. And like no other. Their was a language barrier as my mom doesn't speak well English but he tried his best to have her understand him. Of course I was there to explain to her. But his concern and kindness towards her REALLY warmed my heart.
Thank you John for loving your job as it shows in your work.
John was VERY diligent, kind and took great care of mom!!”
