“This store is really worth five stars, the only reason I gave it four stars is it’s just a bit expensive for me, but if you need anything hiking snowboarding, outdoor clothes, jackets, pants, hats, backpacks really nice stuff they have it all they really do they have basically want Marshalls and TJ Maxx has plus a bunch of other stuff. I’m gonna keep this short. I would recommend this place to anybody!”

He ordered a new head from Maryland, which was delivered quickly, restrung it, and followed up with a call to let me know it was ready! And to top it off, he had it FedEx directly to my daughter at college!! this was such a huge help as she’s in midseason and in dire need for her own stick

“I live in Connecticut and our Patagonia location recently closed. While visiting Boston I decided to walk in and ask about some wear and tear on my decade old nano puff jacket. Knowing I’d be without a jacket on a cold night if I sent it in for repairs, the team kindly offered to swap it out for me and send me on my way in a brand new jacket. They confirmed my old jacket would be donated. I’m so glad I invested in a Patagonia jacket and I’m grateful for the amazing staff at this location.”
“I used to visit the store frequently when one of my daughters played ice hockey. She doesn’t play anymore. But since I have been visiting the store for softball gear for my other daughter, I have been super impressed!! Gary M has been soooo helpful on the softball side, it is unbelievable. He has taken the time to talk to us about the correct bat for my daughter’s style of hitting and she has been super happy with the recommendation. Gary helped us to find the perfect fielders glove and the care and finesse he took with re-lacing and breaking it in for her, I would have thought it was his own glove. He treats every customer the way they should be treated. Does he own the store? As long as Gary is at the store, we will continue to come back!!”

My daughter recent got a new pair of edea ice fly skates and a new pair of Gold seal John Wilson Revolution blades at another location and needed her blade mount adjusted. “I placed an order online for a new Franchise series cap. It fit perfectly, which I expected since I have a similar one already. The first one was a Boston Red Sox hat. The new one I ordered is a Pittsburgh Steelers. I have other '47 brand hats, but these are fitted. I really like '47 the best because of the fit and appearance they offer.This is my first time ordering from them online. In the past, I have purchased these from brick-and-mortar stores.My expectations are high, and I think this will be one of my better decisions.Looking at the pictures posted and reading some of the reviews, they seem like they are not only a great company when it comes to manufacturing hats, but good to deal with, as well as to work for.I signed up for the Rewards program and they welcomed me to the family... Very nice. I was happy to realize, this company is located just north of Boston Massachusetts and is less than two hours from my house...I am very happy with my purchase. 47 Brand manufacturers my favorite hats!I am hoping they restock the 47 Grove Camo Knit hats so I can get one. I hoped to get one last year, but it seems they sold out and never restocked for some reason... I believe it was exclusive for the Pittsburgh Steelers Pro Shop.I am keeping an eye out and hope alive.”
