“Ira Service, specifically Steve Jolly, is what will keep me as a Acura owner. I didn’t have a great experience with sales when I bought my car…but their service department is PHENOMENAL. I never thought I would be someone who is a loyalist to a dealership service department…but consider me a convert. I had a flat tire this week, and I knew that I was in need in four new tires anyway. I knew that Steve’s day off was Thursday…and that was the day my tire went flat. I live around the corner from a tire shop - and rather than bring it locally, I instead waited for Steve to get in on Friday, arrange rides to and from work, and have my car towed all the way to Ira because I trust in the recommendations that have been made by him and have never felt sold. As long as Steve is employed at Ira Acura, they can certainly count on my continued business. Thank you guys!”

“Nice, clean place. They offer rides nearby or further if it's a bigger service. Quality is professional. I DO however have one small issue: going by the 2 multi-point inspection reports I received there, my brake pads have GROWN between 111k and 122.4k miles. How can they go from 6.6 mm left to 9.9-7.7 mm 11k miles later? Which measurement is the correct one? Otherwise no issues.”
