“I had personal training sessions at Lifetime Westwood with Martine. I can honestly say she is the best trainer I have ever worked with. She focused on proper form and body mechanics-teaching me the right way to do exercises that I had done inefficiently for a long time. She pushed me at just the right level for my body type and ability. Other trainers push too hard and make you not want to continue. But Martine was both motivating and encouraging. I love her approach to training -well prepared before each session. She is truly top tier!!”
