Then I came into this ups for a return earlier this year and I was blown away by how friendly and quick it was. In town FedEx is 20 mins at counter apparently, but this was in and out in under 3 mins for shipping past week. Glad for this option!!”

The quality is excellent, and so is the customer service. This summer, I unfortunately had to give Fenway an enormous order to do, on very short notice. “I had the pleasure of watching the UPS Staff Member, James, in action this afternoon as he juggled the needs of multiple customers at once. James is a model of professionalism, demonstrates impeccable customer service, is extremely efficient and beyond courteous. He was able to attend to three or four customers at the same time with ease. For my own package drop off, he explained that with my return I could only use one label although the company sent me two bags to use. James quickly solved my issue my reusing a box that another customer did not use and had left behind. He came up with this solution in an instant! “I continue to be impressed by the Staples store in Needham, Highland Avenue. In this review I wish to thank Dave McNeish for his help with printing photographs for a family event. It was help that was needed although the purchase was nominal. Dave was helpful and treated me with respect considering the circumstances. I often come here to hang out and get out of my home office. Once here I start remembering items that I need. Even when I come to the store to hang out and have coffee, I never leave without buying something. Great customer service is valuable in today's retail store marketplace. Why visit a store when most items are available online? I like the feel of a brick and mortar store. I like the interaction between sales staff and me. I like to interact with other customers. What's on sale? What's trending? The experience online is linear. It's visual on the online stores. Many more senses are involved with an in store experience. Visually you see the products but in a three dimensional way when seeing items in person. Here I can sit in an office chair and write this. It smells new. It feels supportive and yet comfortable. A possible sale today? Who knows. With a good sales person, I feel comfortable in returning to this store again. If I had a bad experience I might not return. Accommodations to Dave McNeish at the Needham store!”
