“Probably the best customer service I’ve ever had. Thought my delivery was lost, turns out family member grabbed it and didn’t tell anyone. Found out after I had emailed customer service to ask how I could submit a claim. Immediately got a reply saying a replacement item was being shipped at no charge. Will return the duplicate item, and just got online and bought something else, and will purchase more in the future.”

Jeff is the ultimate professional, going out of his way to ensure the final products are exactly as I had imagined with the perfect fit. He listens and cares, and that makes all the difference in the quality of the experience. I enjoyed creating a truly bespoke suit with my own design using the wide selection of the best fabrics from Italy and statement accessories sourced by 9tailors. His team is always so polite, responsive and helpful. I love my suit and look forward to wearing it on many occasions. The experience and end products were worth every penny. Thanks Jeff! Other reviews complained about the selection and at times it can be limited but their inventory is geared towards their customers. They have a really great selection of high end men's clothing. It isn't cheap but not over priced. Well worth it for the combination of quality and style. Most importantly for me as a style challenged male, was how helpful everyone was there. It was like having a personal stylist/shopper. She presented great options, didn't try to sell me stuff that didn't work for me, was patient and with me the whole way. I'm a dyed the the wool (just had to say it) Kloth man as of today. Shop there guys. You won't be disappointed.”
