“Came here twice. First time was to look for a dress because I had a weeding to attend and Karen was absolutely the sweetest. She was so helpful and patient but I simply said I didn’t want the dress because I wanted to explore more options. They do not force you to buy anything you don’t want. I came back a few weeks after because I simply could not find a dress that suited me like the one I tried here in Queenia. Karen again was so attentive even suggested a few accessories to go with the dress! She was absolutely amazing! I highly suggest you ask for her. I had an excellent experience at The North Face store in South Shore Plaza thanks to James. He was extremely friendly, patient, and truly knowledgeable about the products. I visited the store hoping to buy a North Face Triple C jacket, and even though they didn’t have it in stock, James took the time to walk me through the online ordering process step-by-step. He made everything clear and simple, and I left feeling confident about my purchase.
It’s rare to find customer service this good—James absolutely deserves a raise or at least some extra paid time off. The store is lucky to have him! Highly recommend visiting and asking for James!”

Despite the busiest time of the year, Jackie helped me to track down the item I wanted, called a few stores and arranged for everything to go as smoothly as possible. “Saw some of the new collections online and wanted to see in person for myself! The Code Collection is my definite favorite. The staff were so helpful and assisted me with finding my true size. Brandi was very knowledgeable and clearly knew what she was doing, the other sales associates were also amazing and truly cared about my taste in clothing. All of my questions were quickly and clearly answered which let me know I was in good hands. I’m a new fan of Superdry and will for sure be sticking around!”
