“No one likes to get stuck with a needle, but it is an important and necessary part of trying to stay healthy in your later years. I have never had a bad experience with Quest Labs. I have the app on my I Pad and I can schedule my appointment with a few clicks. The test results are available to me in a day or so, and the results go to my doctor electronically. The phlebotomists are very skilled and are always concerned about patient identity and confidentiality.”
“I was treated very nicely. The phlebotomis was great with me. She had no problem giving me a butterfly needle. I said 'ouch' and she said 'sorry honey'. I also had to give a urine specimen and I said I'm not good at that and she said I could use a 'hat'. You just put it over the toilet and pour it in to the cup after. A life saver. I would go back if I ever have to again. Thank you for your kindness!”

“Getting there was extremely easy, I was about 15 minutes late and the system gave me the option to reschedule my appointment for an hour later. I decided to wait in the waiting room and then the location was not very busy so the nurses performed the procedure well before I expected to wait. The place is very clean, organized and welcoming. Excellent customer service. My only complaint is that my Verizon internet service had connection issues inside the location.”

She has to be the coolest, most calming woman I’ve come across in a while. I went in, anxious was an understatement. She was super cool about it and just made the interaction fun. NORMAL chit chat, as if were her friend…. All of a sudden, she say ok small pinch, conversation continued as if nothing else was happening and then I was DONE!
