Geisha was great and took the time to not only help me open a new account but also explained options that I hadn't considered. She and the branch manager, Kathleen, also found some fraudulent charges on my old account and took care of contacting the fraud department right then and there. Even the teller who I made my deposit with was very nice. My wife and I have had this bank for a while but for being a “branch veteran”, they treated me like a brand new celebrity customer. I really appreciated it.”
