I explained on the phone that I would be on a time crunch, and Jane offered to pencil me in for an appt to ensure that I was in and out. I’ve never received such excellent customer service from a bank before. The process took longer than I expected, so I left for an appt and when I returned, she got on the phone immediately to continue resolving my issue. She was personable and spunky, definitely made the situation less tedious.”
