“Bought two home systems from Aaron at Safe & Sound a few years ago. Both systems are amazing. Every time guests come over they are super impressed with the sound quality. One is a surround sound and the other standard stereo. The surround sound has so many play modes like "Super Stadium" that sounds just like being in an arena. Both systems have incredibly clear sound, even when turned way up. (Both systems are capable of rupturing ear drums with crystal clear music...LOL) Needless to say, I'm very happy. In terms of customer service, this place can't be beat. I did have an issue with a high-end subwoofer (I damaged it myself). I fully expected to be on my own but not the case! Safe & Sound helped me through the warranty process and fully resolved...no questions asked. These guys rock! I would recommend these people to anyone! Went in with an issue I was semi familiar with and they took care of it immediately. Didn't upsell me and charged the minimum amount of time for labor. “Great guy! Bought a used ps4 for my son for Xmas. When my son and husband opened it and set it up, it worked for about 5 mins then went into safe mode, wouldn't work right anymore. Mind you, we got no warranty just a typical receipt. Brought it back to him the day after xmas and without hesitation he took it back and gave us another one only a ps4 slim for the same price. The slims actualy go for $50 more but he did not charge us anything AND gave us 90 days to bring it back. THIS is how u handle proper business.”

“This review is for the CVS at: 746 Bliss Road in Longmeadow, MA 01106. Every other person who works in the Pharmacy here is either moody/unfriendly, or super great. No middle! However, the reason I'm even writing this review today is not for the Pharmacy. It's for the Cashier, Rita. Most of the time when I walk in here, no one around my age or younger says hello. Today was much different. Rita greeted me as soon as I entered, and asked if I needed help with anything while staying at a social distance. When Rita checked me out she was up beat, friendly, and had great conversation. We even started to talk about our Italian heritage together. Rita is one of a kind! She made my day during this wild time. She deserves a huge thank you because she's the only person who has ever been this friendly to me when entering this CVS. Thanks Rita!”

“Well, it's a 7-Eleven, so you know what you're getting. Convenience store area, plus some hot food choices beyond just hot dogs, and a fountain drink area with Slurpees and soda. Good variety and reasonable value. Also conveniently located although turning left from the parking lot can take some time. Lottery also available.”
