“I went to this store with two issues on different phones, I tried for two hours to turn up brightness as it was so dark could not see where adjustment was. The tech Ivan found it in two seconds. Other issue was my other phone was being taken over by pop ups. I've been trying to figure it out for over a month and Ivan in a matter of five min, no .more....
