“I highly recommend this shop. Jake the manager explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was honest, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I understood what repairs were needed and why.
I brought in my 2007 Honda Accord with brake issues, and Jake thoroughly inspected it, showed me the problems, and gave me a fair price. He even scheduled a follow-up brake fluid flush to ensure everything was working properly.

Richard was able to get the car down to the shop, worked over the issues, gave me options and got me back on the road the same day. I had him look the car over and make sure no other issues would pop up later on, and gave me hope that the car would last a few more months, long enough for us to find a new car. “Great service! We shopped around a bit first and by going here we wound up with a premium tire for the same cost as the midgrade tires everywhere else. They scheduled us the next day and we were in and out in about 2.5 hours for 4 tires and alignment. The employees were friendly, helpful, and seemed the most knowledgeable of all the places we went. We'll be back again for sure.”

“Although several of the previous reviews mentioned rude remarks and poor attitudes my experience was much different. The lady in the office, Anna and I were talking while my vehicle was being inspected and she seemed very nice and great to talk with. Although my vehicle failed inspection, Joe and Anna took the time to explain why and were very kind during the process.”
“Worked with Goncarlo Costa at Lia and had a great experience. He was very patient and willing to help me look at several cars... during a snow storm! Financing and paperwork was easy. When I went to pick up the car, did have to wait quite a bit as the detailing was not done correctly. Goncarlo inspected the car first and made sure the new detailer redid it. Still had issues with the cleaniness, however that was due to the new person and needing more training! Goncarlo offered another detail to help make up for this. So far, had a good and pretty painless experience buying my car.”
