“I had two vehicles serviced at Ken's on August 17 Both had oil and filters changed. All Mobil One products. Plus, they checked out both cars. Everyone there is so courteous and profesional. I've been going to Ken's for a few years . They are the best of the best.”

“Recently traded in and purchased a used vehicle, working with Tyree, Warren, and Chas. Tyree was very kind, calm, and not forceful or pressuring whatsoever. He was also very easy to converse with. Warren was kind and accommodating to my situation. Chas was kind, easy-going, and thankfully a big Patriots fan! My trade situation was unusual and they made it to very easily with no stress and a very quick turnaround. What a relief to have such an easy experience. Thank you!”

“Deb at the front desk was lovely and Mike the technician explained everything in detail. They were able to get my car serviced despite a busy schedule! Great pricing from this family owned shop with ASE techs. Will be coming here for regular service!”

“I highly recommend this shop. Jake the manager explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was honest, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I understood what repairs were needed and why. I brought in my 2007 Honda Accord with brake issues, and Jake thoroughly inspected it, showed me the problems, and gave me a fair price. He even scheduled a follow-up brake fluid flush to ensure everything was working properly. It's hard to find people who genuinely care about their customers, but Jake and his crew does. Thank you for your excellent service and for giving me peace of mind knowing my car is safe to drive again.”

“We moved up to Wilbraham from Texas and my 13 year old car struggled to get up here, then finally died a day after we arrived. Richard was able to get the car down to the shop, worked over the issues, gave me options and got me back on the road the same day. I had him look the car over and make sure no other issues would pop up later on, and gave me hope that the car would last a few more months, long enough for us to find a new car. Great service and a great help!”

“Great service! We shopped around a bit first and by going here we wound up with a premium tire for the same cost as the midgrade tires everywhere else. They scheduled us the next day and we were in and out in about 2.5 hours for 4 tires and alignment. The employees were friendly, helpful, and seemed the most knowledgeable of all the places we went. We'll be back again for sure.”

“Although several of the previous reviews mentioned rude remarks and poor attitudes my experience was much different. The lady in the office, Anna and I were talking while my vehicle was being inspected and she seemed very nice and great to talk with. Although my vehicle failed inspection, Joe and Anna took the time to explain why and were very kind during the process.”

“I had an amazing experience buying from here. I just got a used 2024 Corolla and it drove beautifully. Mike Wroth was the salesman, a really great guy. He handed me the keys and told me I could test drive it while he works with another client and when I came back, I instantly wanted to buy it as it was better than any of the other cars I test drove that day. He gave no pressure to buy and helped negotiate the price down for me, hooked me up with a second pair of keys with the key fob, brand new tires, new car mats, etc. I would absolutely buy another car from here.”
