“I have utilized this location daily for 27 years! Each and every employee from Christine( now retired), Jose, Maria, Destiny, Alex and others have always been extremely cordial and helpful. This includes their ability to assist in mailing locally, nationally and internationally. Always quick efficient and professional to make sure my items are mailed properly. Many customers who I have seen that seem in a rush or short on time are always helped with an explanation of what to expect on delivery times. Every staff member is top notch in my book.”

“Love this post office! Staff is always courteous, patient, and friendly. Yes, sometimes the lines are long, especially around holidays and lunch times, but it gives you time to chat to other people waiting in line with you. I’ve been to other post offices in the Springfield area and always come back here.”
“Not much parking around there, but I was very happy that I was able to mail off some letters that had to go out at the very end of the month. Since they were open until 6PM, I was able to get them out in the nick of time. On Saturdays, most post offices are closed after 12PM. This one is not! Happy that they are open later than the usual hours!!!”
“4 stars because it isn't the working-man USPS in the trenches that makes the system laughable, but the overpaid honchos in charge.
Overpaid, I said what I said. Doesn't take much to oversee operations are a disaster from the top down, especially at this location.
Hopefully retirement comes sooner rather than later for some folks there, and a new generation of faces that care will take the helm, ones that at least sort of care.
Finally, I have an entire family of postal workers, don't tell me I don't know how you people operate. ?”

I had the wrong return label. (It was an example what a return label looks like). Instead of jumping on the stupid move I made he was calm and explained everything.
This is why the work for the post office, they know what they are doing.
I rushed back the next day with the correct label. He put it on there with respect. Your all set!”

This is a huge center so it probably will take time to sort stuff especially if yours isn’t priority. Anyways it left and got where it needed to”

“I was a bit nervous by the reviews here but I went here for my passport photo. Anne was simply the best. She took a few photos and made me feel great about everything in the process!! I am so grateful she is the one I dealt with. She double checked my paperwork and waited for me as I had to run to the car. Ten stars. Her customer service was outstanding. So much so I had to park to wroye this! Thanks Anne :)”
