“Paul at window, always nice, as are all of the clerks. Wasn't thrilled that a birthday gift I mailed out a week prior came by short of postage. Stating 90cents due, yet when Paul checked it said I was $1.60 short. We both agreed it should have been delivered with opportunity for recipient to have the chance to pay postage due or have it RTS. INSTEAD, birthday gift now going to be a week late. I guessed at postage, put stamps on envelope and mailed at outside box in Palmer because office was closed by time I got there”

“We love our mail carrier. We normally love this post office but whoever you’ve got working here 2/21 & 2/22 2023 at the counter keeps screwing up and very clearly has way under zero clue what she’s doing. She keeps locking herself out of the computer. Yesterday she couldn’t even accept my package. This is getting ridiculous.”

“Nice small post office that offers all the services any post office has. I’ve always enjoyed going to this post office. It has a couple spots directly in front to park making a quick in and out trip easy. It also has some parking located in a small lot on the side of the building. An outside mailbox is also located here.”

It’s kept neat and tidy.One time the clerk even gave me a bottled water because I was walking and he could clearly see I wasn’t feeling well. “Writing this as I just sent a package today but will update if anything changes.Contrary to other reviews, the staff were extremely nice to me and others around me. I talked to 3 people which consisted of a younger gentleman, the older man and the older woman which were all very helpful and quick with me. I didn't feel like they were racist to me at all and same with the other Hispanic guys that were in front of me as well. I dropped the package off at 5PM and by 7PM it departed the store and USPS was in possession of the item.It seems they are improving their business but the only con that remains is that it's cash only. Otherwise they were good to me.”

“As a truck driver, I can't complain... they won't take you more than an hour before your appointment, but I went back 1 hour earlier and I was out in less than an hour... so it seems that they can be efficient too. “I honestly just want to leave this review because people are so mean. This post office is great and every staff member that I have met has been both extremely helpful and kind. No matter if you just got in line or have been waiting a few minutes they always greet you with “I’m sorry about the wait” and yes, some people may find promoting and asking about surveys annoying but they are always on top of that so you know they are doing what they are suppose to! People working inside the post office have no control over how fast the delivery driver is so don’t be mad at them and give them horrible reviews over it!”
