“Went in on Saturday to get a battery replacement and had a really nice experience. This is after going to Autozone in Stoneham and Malden and having a bad experience. The associate who assisted me was patient and showed genuine care, if he didn’t know something he asked his boss who was also a really nice guy. They helped me get my battery and ensured I had what I needed. They asked the necessary questions to ensure I was taken care of. After my experience with Autozone this place was like a breath of fresh air, finally people who wanted to ensure the customer was taken care of.
