When they inspected the car, they found I needed new brake pads and rotors. They were able to complete the work same day and even offered to give me a ride home because I live locally. “I forgot to posted just stop by this Mitsubishi dealer last year middle of December to get an oil changed and this place I was inside saw a nice cleaned evo 10 hehehe ? long story short the day after new New year 2026 I was on my way to work and my car suddenly crack a block (possibly damaged) and I called this Mitsubishi dealer to help me with a quote of a replacement for the block and I was happy and glad they truly amazing and told me information and how much the block was. As right now I told them that I will need to save up and will come back here for the block replacement. Thank you”

“It was a good experience. I needed brakes and I applied for the credit card so I can pay over time. I applied on Sunday afternoon and I was able to get an appointment the next day early. I left my vehicle for a few hours, they called me and said it was done. I was able to pick up, pay my bill and be on my way. No trouble or problem, expensive but for a quality job done quickly and right I am satisfied.”

When you’re at a place like this .. and you’re spending more money than you’d like to, it makes a huge difference when the person is friendly polite and just easy to deal with! Someone’s attitude really is contagious and I thank u for having a good one with me even later in the day before closing time too! Firestone offers roadside protection with their tiers that I absolutely recommend pursuing!! It’s has saved me not only lots of money and I really can’t say enough good things about this place! “So seeing some bad review(s) and figured I'd share. The owner Sammy (Good guy) gets you in and out for stickers & whatever else you need. If you park your car at the pumps...they are assuming you need gas. Common sense. If you park your car NOT in a spot for inspection...your holding up business and people have to go around you etc. I've seen this first hand!!”

“After the Audi mechanic at the dealership recommended replacement of lower curved control bar and bushings for my 2018 Audi Q5 (40,000 miles) per a routine inspection (there were no symptoms), I brought the car to Euro for the repair. After assessing the car, the Euro mechanic told me that there were only the beginnings of a crack in the bushing and that he wouldn’t recommend the replacement at this time - he said he felt that the system likely would have at least a year or two before needing the replacement. He assured me that they could go ahead with the replacement as planned but because the bushings are rubber, it would not be unusual if the new bushings had similar small cracks in a year. I opted to not have the work done and drove off to tell my car-aficionado boyfriend who said: “Now THAT’s a reputable car mechanic to return to!”
