Pros: all one level, great sales ...and the cutest stool for a child's room...I'm currently using it as a foot stool it's a small elephant with a trunk, floppy ears and a tail I obviously love the store

“If I were able to make it more often than I do, I'd rate it 5 stars.
I joined about 10 months ago and have been something like 4 times and a not sure if I'll be able to make it a fifth time. That's partly on me (I live/work about a 30 min drive away or longer if I'm trying to make it during rush hour/right after work), but also: the hours aren't super friendly to nine-to-fivers. When I first joined I think maybe every week or every other week there would be a Thursday or Friday with a couple of hours when it was open in the evening (something like 5 to 7 or maybe 6 to 8?) and two weekend days (per month) with 2 to 4 hours of being open in the middle of the day - the bulk of the open hours being during business hours on weekdays. The open hours have varied with staff availability (understandable!), but for me it's been a lot harder to make it there than I anticipated when I joined.
If you can make it for their open hours more easily thanIve found myself able to (the weekend days kept clashing with other commitments I had, given the middle-of-the-day hours), I'd highly recommend joining, though.”
“Wow, we had been having a swimsuit crisis (this happens every year with my daughter, who is now 11 years old but has gone through puberty a bit earlier and is **VERY** sensitive about her body) where nothing works, and a woman on staff (maybe manager?) swept in and SAVED the day! She knew JUST what to say to sell my daughter on finally trying (another) swimsuit (we had to order it from home, full coverage high waisted swim bottoms, but it's on the way!). I am seriously so thankful to this staffer! She was like our swimsuit fairy godmother.”
“We wanted to get a suit for my son for his Jr. Prom. The prices at KG were great. Buying a suit outright was about as much as renting one. John was great as well. Helped measure my son and assisted with fitting him into the right fitting suit. Thank you KG.”

“This store happened to catch my eye as I was passing on the street and I am so glad that I went in. I was immediately treated to a large variety of colorful clothes in many different styles. After looking around on my own for a short while I asked the owner for a recommendation and she pointed towards a selection of shirts. She was happy to answer any of my questions that I had on how the clothes should fit and I ended up walking out with a shirt and a leather belt. Both are some of the highest quality garments I own now, both in comfort and appearance. I will definitely be returning to sample more fashion and fabrics.”

Jess knows my wardrobe better than I do, even remembering things I bought years ago and assessing current pieces in that light. And the clothes! they're fun, useful, affordable, easy wear and easy care. A little different, so you won;t see your look all around you. Lotta different styles - casual, glam, office, beach and in-between. And alot of pieces are ageless: not trampy, teen-y nor matronly. I'm 70 and maybe a third of my wardrobe has been built over the years from Helena's. Check it out!”
