This Verizon authorized retailer provides excellent cellphone retail and customer service. The team is amazing, very helpful, and experienced. They take the time to help with all questions, setting up, and transferring files between phones. The process of switching multiple lines is handled very well. Staff help customers get a new phone and can also make bills much cheaper. They are helpful with dealing with broken phones and any issues with accounts. The service results in a much better experience, and the location is highly recommended.
