I was in to see about my older phone & find out if I could change from my older provider (T Mobile) & change over to AT&T,...He showed me a newer model to concider... he never pressured me to get the new phone... I took a few minutes to think about the new phone & decided to go with the new phone. He was great, explained everthing I needed to know about the new phone. I'm sure anyone working at the Mall store is great, However I'm so glad I got Mingh...he's the best”

“Huge shoutout to Julian at the Woburn branch! My boyfriend needed a new phone and I tagged along, expecting a long, drawn-out sales pitch. Instead, Julian was super transparent and respectful of our time. It's rare to find a rep who is knowledgeable without being 'salesy.' He turned a chore into a great experience. AT&T is lucky to have him-I might even be jumping ship from Verizon soon because of this visit!”
“We were gonna go to ubreakifix to repair the back of the iphone 13 pro max but they quoted us over 200 dollars and the parts needed to be ordered (which wouldn’t have had the apple logo) which was gonna take days. This place did it in four hours, had the apple logo on the back and AT&T accepted with no problem when we traded in the phone.”

This was actually a blessing in disguise, as I went to the Pinehurst location instead, and it was a great experience!
I was assisted by a very knowledgeable, very helpful young man named Luiz. He was personable, exhibited excellent customer service skills, and worked with me to make sure I got what I was looking for, and that I was satisfied with my purchase.
I will not be returning to the North Billerica location ever again. My home store is now the Pinehurst store, where I know I will be treated with respect, have all my questions answered, and feel like I am welcome. I've already started telling my friends and family members what a fantastic experience this was. Luiz is definitely an asset to your team!
