I took a few minutes to think about the new phone & decided to go with the new phone. He was great, explained everthing I needed to know about the new phone. I'm sure anyone working at the Mall store is great, However I'm so glad I got Mingh...he's the best”

He took the time to answer all of my questions and explain my options clearly. He made the entire process of upgrading my plan and purchasing a new phone smooth and stress-free.
What really stood out was Ramon's knowledge of Verizon processes, his kindness, and patience. I never felt rushed or pressured, and he went above and beyond to make sure I left completely satisfied.
