I highly recommend the couple aura reading if you’re here with your significant other completely worth it . I sadly am horrible with names and do not remember the 3 lovely people that helped us names. They were amazing though , especially the aura reader ! “If you’re visiting Salem, love Halloween, and like to wear all black then this store is a MUST visit. There were so many unique items that I haven’t seen anywhere else, and I could have spent hours in there. My friends and I visited over Halloween weekend but didn’t have to wait for too long outside, and were greeted by the friendliest staff. It has a dark and spooky interior which I loved and it really added to the overall shopping experience. I highly recommend this shop and we can’t wait to go back!”
“9Tailors is pretty awesome. I am really happy with the service. Let me explain: This place is a bit pricey but the service is amazing and it's nice to have someone to act as a style guide even when you know what you what you want. I have been wanting to come in for a few years now and finally got an appointment with Alex Oates. This time around, I wanted to get a party suit for celebrations such as wedding and was looking into getting a burgundy suit. What was amazing is that there are so much details to choose such as buttons, lining, the inside of the jacket, fabric, and etc. The little details was all things that matter but I haven't thought about. You do come in here for a tailor suit and I really appreciate having somebody like Alex to be a style guide on top of that. This place is comparable to the Suit Supplies but you get somebody to work with you the whole time (that includes answering your emails and any questions about how to dress for success or dress for the life of a party). I plan to come back again every time I might need a suit.”
“Unfortunately, the receipt of my order was problematic due to UPS related handling / delivery issues. However, December Thieves management promptly addressed and resolved UPS failure to process and deliver my package. Fortunately, I received my significantly delayed order immediately following December Thieves proactive actions. I highly commend management for their professional, personable, and quality customer service (which of course, is vital to maintaining established customers, cultivating new ones, and increasing business productivity and revenue).”

I went to purchase a gift for a friend and ended up with more for myself :) The owner is extremely helpful and friendly and makes the essential oil whipped lotions herself. Huge variety of unique products for people with a wide range of style and tastes. “Had to come back to pick up a comfy crew neck Marblehead sweatshirt for me, a comfy t shirt for my hubby and a cute baseball cap for my son. Of course, they all say Marblehead! When in Marblehead, shop local. The employees as I always say are very friendly and very helpful and that is a big plus. I know I will use my sweatshirt a lot as I like to put it on in the morning! We had been in here a few days before but it was very crowded due to the 4th of July festivities. Now, it was easy to find more things! LOL Take a look. I'll bet you will find something here for yourself!”

“I'm sitting here reading the reviews and honestly cant even begin to imagine some of the stuff people wrote...Let's start off with customer service, I've been shopping at Ricciardi for at least 5 years, and every time I've walked in, they've never once made me feel like I "don't belong in there" or rude. All employees have gone out of there way to help me find what I am looking for, explain and describe items/designers I was unaware of, and also provide alternatives or other pieces I may have interest in (over the years, they've kept an eye on what I like and know exactly what to offer me). Nowadays, Riccardo and the team are homies, I feel comfortable going in to browse, purchase, OR just say hi.I've been in Boston my entire life. I've traveled to major cities across the US and I can truly say that Riccardi is one of a kind. Boston doesn't get as much as NYC or LA, but Boston has Riccardi.P.S. I'm also Asian... Never experienced any of the BS claimed by other reviewers...”
“There's nothing better than walking into the store behind a few girls who quickly discovery its not a bakery!! I became a fan on MV and I've visited the Boston store twice now. The whole theme is AWESOME, the clothing is GREAT, my mom even makes me cookies with your cookie cutters! Don't get me wrong I was sad to see the MV store close, but that's what makes those shirts true classics of great family memories. Getting my new shirts in the munchkin box out of the "hot" oven brings out the true kid in me. The icing on the cupcake was definitely listening to the girl say, "but wait there's really no cupcakes". It's still making me smile and it was definitely a Boston trip highlight!! Keep the fakery alive!”
