“My 2 year son was inpatient at MGH, it was Christmas Eve. He needed a specific medication compounded, the hospital could not do this. The place we normally go also could not, because it was Christmas Eve. He was able to be discharged and home for Christmas because Seth at Gary Drug made it happen.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Skenderians! Have been going here for over 30 years for all our family prescriptions. They are NEVER without resources, whatever your medical problem. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional about prescriptions, OTC medications, and exactly what a customer needs to do to jump through the insane hoops EVERY insurance company presents. Warm and friendly at the same time! A true local institution, would be lost without them. NO other pharmacy can compare! I'm looking at you, Walgreens- a wretched excuse for a "pharmacy". “This is the best pharmacy ever. Not only do they always have what I need in stock but they will help you to figure out ways to save on prescriptions. They really go above and beyond and put the customer first. Every time I call with questions they answer them and aren’t rushing to get me off the phone like other places I’ve dealt with. I am so happy to have found them and will never go back to the big chain pharmacies. I have recently moved out of Quincy but will still travel to pick up my prescriptions here because no other place compares, my only complaint is I didn’t switch to them sooner!”

“Honestly the best and most accessible pharmacy I've ever found. They are kind. They go above and beyond because they care about their patients. I'll never forget today. Our driver masked cleaned their phone to protect my mom who is got heart failure and me who is also immune compromised. Not only are they accessible physically but for autistic people they are also accessible because they allow texting for communication! Literally life saving to be able to text your pharmacy as an Autistic person communicating in person and on the phone can literally make me ill and take my whole day because of anxiety So being able to communicate through text has been amazing. I really hope they never change because they are so much better than any other pharmacy. Pharmacies that I might add have become completely unaccessible because of COVID and non-masking employees as well as people who come in the store. So having a pharmacy that can deliver as well as text goes above and beyond for accessibility. Honestly I hope more pharmacies start following the methods of capsule because y'all are literally the best.”

“I was having problem looking for a hair grayed away touch up pencil. I have asked two male employees, and both of them just told me to head to a a specific aisle.But I still didn't find it, not one of those two employees bother to even ask me if I found it. , until one female employee passed by and asked me if am doing OK & if I need any help. She helped me all the way, escorted me and didn't stop until we found what am looking for. What an amazing worker with an A+ customer service. She was also demonstrating a good command of leadership. She knows how to take care & please a customer.She is definitely a great asset to CVS company. It is definitely very hard to find such an excellent employee with such dedication & strong desire to truly help their daily customers from all walks of life. Today was my second time without a problem. The other Walgreens, two of them that I used to use was nothing but lied to because of their own incompetence. “I believe this is the third or 4th time I’ve been to the CVS on WoodBridge Street in Winthrop,Ma.Truthfully, I have to say that this store put a great team together!This is the first time I’ve been to a CVS where the coupons and discounts were all applied ….and….. applied correctly, very important to a senior citizen, especially when paying $10 for a Carepass each month !( I don’t think there should be a chargefor the Carepass….. it is sort of likecharging for parking at a Casino).I was impressed that the employees, including the manager were all professional and helpful.However, I was most impressed by a student named Julian. He would be an asset to any store location, or hospital when he gets his pharmacy degree. Julian is the role model of customer service… knowledgeable, friendly, smiling, efficient and helpful. Personality plus ….& I’m not exaggerating.I have taken the time to write this review because I’ve been very disappointed in other CVS locations in the last three or four years and have looked for alternatives frequently.However, I will come back to this CVS location given the great impression that they have made on me thus far.Marie”
