I have had different coaches and they are all amazing. I love Megan because she is always challenging me and is very encouraging. She also does chin-ups with me to help motivate me. Steve is good too.”

“I was in town for the week for meetings. I came by the 530am WOD twice while in town. The programming was good, the coaching was great! Coach Brandon focused on form and position and did a good job at catering to those who could do RX or RX+ as well as those who had to scale each pert of the workout. Everybody was very friendly. I recommend coming by.”

“I have been working out at Ufit since they opened nearly 9 years ago, and I have been taking classes and training with Dan, Kelly, and Kerry even longer. They each offer a different training style and complement each other perfectly. They have years and years of education and experience, making them very knowledgeable on how to train people safely and effectively. Signing up for a class or session is quick and easy on MindBody. On top of this, the facility is clean and well-equipped, the members are all so nice and welcoming, and the classes are FUN! There is no other gym that I would trust with my fitness journey.”

“Orangetheory Fitness (OTF) is a great gym if you need structure and a coach to get you through a workout. The classes are typically 2G (2 groups) or 3G (3 groups); there are other limited classes but the bulk of their classes are 60 minutes and about 20 minutes each of treadmill, rower and weight floor. OTF world very hard to make the classes interesting and they are constantly trying to keep it interesting. This is a great option if you're trying to get in shape, not a great option if you're trying to bulk up (it's not that type of gym).I can highly recommend the Woburn location and I really enjoy coaches Meredith, Hope, Sam and Nic. All 4 are upbeat, positive and experts in each exercise helping with form on the weight floor and keeping time while on the treadmills.”

“THANK YOU for being one of the only PFs still open 24 hours!!Could you please authorize overnight staff to lower the volume on the overhead speakers? At night, with low ambient noise, the music is uncomfortably loud, and the associate currently on overnights (who is great btw, always in there cleaning equipment, refilling spray bottles etc) said she couldn't change the volume, but at other branches staff has always had access to the volume control.I'd also love to see some of the fencing removed, or even just gap or two opened between treadmills, so as not to require travelling halfway across the gym to access adjacent areas.Thanks again for providing this valuable service!”
