Many customers report friendly staff who answer questions with helpfulness and professionalism, providing great service just when needed without any overbearing sales pitch. Some recommend getting the Lowe’s card for 5% off. However, experiences can vary. One customer was disappointed by the custom door selection, which lacked color swabs or displays for doors and showed designer glass no longer offered, making a large purchase feel uncertain.
