“Update: I had originally dropped off three packages here as a UPS access point on Memorial Day. The packages were tampered with and went missing, prompting my initial one star review. After leaving this review, the owner Aymen reached out personally, investigated the situation, and made it right. He was responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about resolving the issue which I truly appreciate.
That said, I would suggest the store work on staff communication and follow-through, as my interactions with employees during this process were unhelpful and went unresolved for weeks.

He was also very patient with me. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about his customers and has great customer service skills. “I was accidentally over charged on a transaction. The person accidentally punched in the wrong account number. I went back the next day and Sammy was awesome. He went back and checked the receipts from previous day. 1/2 hour later he called me to tell me they in fact entered the wrong number into the credit card machine. Offer the refund immediately, I was expecting a little bit of a battle but he was awesome and took care of the situation immediately. Great place to do business with thank you Sammy”
“A classic village grocery store usually well stocked with the basics. I particularly like the deli in back. You might have a hard time finding fresh herbs but I do love the fact they work with local bakeries and family owned businesses to bring in products from the area.”
“This is a gem, offering a great deli counter, where you can order sandwiches. I had the California BLT, which was yummy and had plenty of filling. My partner was able to order gluten free. They have GF bread, it's okay, GF wraps would be better.
They also have fancy coffee and kombucha on tap.”

“Love this place. It’s pretty much the only thing I miss about Boston after moving out of state. THE CAT!!!!!!! If you’re lucky, the little guy will be there to welcome you. My exams used to keep me at school until my Uber driver was basically saying good morning, so I had the privilege of seeing him every couple of days.
Pro-tip: Their card reader resets around 3 AM daily, so I’d recommend stopping in around 3:05. It was always a blast chatting with the guy on the night shift!”

“This Convenience Store use to be Sam's Spa, which I loved going to, but this place is a mini supermarket! It's got some of everything you could possibly need, and the woman behind the counter, not sure if she's the owner, but extremely lovely lady.”
