It would nice if this location would pick up their telephone. Instead, they forward all calls to the Avis call center in another country. Can't even request a 15 seat van because I have to request it locally.

i did a one way long distance rental and pickup was quick and easy. i had no issues with the car on my 3.5 hour drive. i didn't realize the car i had booked was a hybrid so saving a lot of money on gas was a really nice surprise too.
