About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental is a go-to car rental company offering great pricing that beats the competition. Customers report an overall pleasant experience, with many highlighting the outstanding, amazing, wonderful, friendly, polite, professional, and helpful staff at local offices. The vehicle selection is great, featuring new, clean, comfortable, and advanced quality cars. However, some note difficulties with the corporate call center, describing it as hard to talk to a real person. The local service receives high praise, though it does not accommodate after-hours drop-off. Many customers would highly recommend it as their first choice for car rental.
