A special shoutout to the manager, Josee, who truly went above and beyond. He stayed in constant contact with me, always keeping me updated on the progress, and took the time to go over my car multiple times to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the work. He even made sure that hard-to-find parts were sourced and made available, which I really appreciated.

The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail was top-notch. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and will absolutely recommend Harr Collision Center to everyone I know. If you’re looking for a shop you can trust, this is the place.

“Olsi Auto made a good story out of what could have been a nightmare. I drove to Worcester from NY to pick up my daughter, and as soon as I pulled off the highway, my car started smoking and screeching and it stalled. My daughter called Olsi and within minutes they called me. They arranged for a tow truck, and sent someone down to make sure I was ok and not too stressed. When the tow truck couldn't give me a lift to the mechanic, they did. And then they repaired my clutch. They did a good job with the clutch, but the service they provided went above and beyond. Thank you, Olsi Auto, for making a bad situation bearable!!”

The cars are in good condition, the rates are reasonable regardless of the car type, and they are SO willing to work with you- even in tricky situations. Jenn and Dylan are professional, efficient, quick, and personable. If something goes wrong, they have the resources to lessen the mental load and burden that stressful situations can bring. Jenn and Dylan are honestly the best people I’ve ever met at a car rental facility, especially compared to “big name” places like Enterprise and Hertz. They also get you in and out in less than five minutes regardless of the transaction type. As a travel nurse where small details make a huge difference in your overall experience, especially when it comes to transportation in a new location- they make it so much easier with their willingness to listen and help you find the right solution.”

“I recently rented from the Enterprise on Shrewsbury Street while my car was in for auto body repair; the staff at this location are really helpful and friendly, making the entire process very easy. They took care of everything with my insurance so all I had to to was pick up and return the car (and they were kind enough to drive me across the street to Franchi Brothers after I returned the rental so I didn't have to walk on the icy sidewalks).

“After having a horrible experience with the Webster location, I came to this Lincoln st location .looking for Kelvin he was highly recommend by a very good friend . Unfortunately Kelvin was off today but i was Fortunate enough to have my own great customer service experience with a different Coworker name Marisela. After explaining to her my situation and what I have been dealing with In the Webster location for the past 4 days with a big beautiful smile on her face and a sincere apology, she proceeded fixing the issue. there is nothing in this world that I appreciate more then a sincere apology coming from a person that has done nothing wrong but understood that, so out of respect for me , her place of work and on behalf of her coworker she was able to do that and more. With a very short time notice she was able to help me with my issue my selection and delivery she was truly awesome. How funny one person can make the difference . This is a person that truly enjoys her career and sometimes people take that for granted specially costumers and don’t give them enough credit . “i did a one way long distance rental and pickup was quick and easy. i had no issues with the car on my 3.5 hour drive. i didn't realize the car i had booked was a hybrid so saving a lot of money on gas was a really nice surprise too.”

“I booked thru my Travelocity. It was quick and easy customer service was good everything was explained no surprise fees at drop off. Pick up and drop off was super easy and the car itself was in great shape perfect for our road trip. The car didn’t have any windshield wiper fluid besides that no problems.”

“We didn't rent here--which makes my review all the more meaningful, I think!--but when we landed at ORH, we realized we had taken the key on the plane with us fro the Hertz rental we'd just returned...to Orlando. We don't live anywhere near either airport (ORH or MCO), and Hertz had already revised our receipt (during the flight!) to charge us $300 for key replacement.

I spoke with Dimitri (the manager on duty), who suggested I reach out to Ed Bresnahan, the owner. Mr. Bresnahan replied to me within one day and graciously agreed to return the key for me to the folks in Orlando. I was expecting pushback--or even a request to pay some sort of shipping or handling fee, as this is a franchise Hertz location (meaning, not a corporate location), so his quick response--and willingness to help--were a pleasant and welcome surprise.”

“In a trip filled with a delayed flight into Worcester, that caused us to arrive after 6pm and cancelled flight home, having to extend my trip and hotel stays and more poor customer service calls and interactions than I care to get into - there was only 1 person on my entire trip who showed any real compassion, understanding, and concern and that was Jason from Avis/Budget at the Worcester,.

I have worked in the customer service industry for years and I will say that not only did Jason handle a flood of customers at his counter with speed and efficiency, he also still maintained his professionalism, courtesy and was an absolute ambassador for the location and the Avis/Budget brand. I really can not say enough good things about his positive attitude and work ethic, and I wish there were thousands more people, not just employees, but people like Jason in this world.”

“I don’t understand why it is rated so low. The staff is very friendly and always helps you out to get the best car. Prices are generally higher than other hertz in the nearby area but they do have better selection”
