First off I have NO ACESS TO PAY MY LOANS OFF SINCE CHANGING WEBSITE ... 2ND OF ALL, MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND MYSELF HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH TO PAY OFF MY LOAN SO I CAN GET A NEW CAR AND NOONE WANTS TO ANSWER AND GET PAID, AND I CANT GET A NEW CAR UNTIL ITS PAID. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS AGAIN W THIS BANK!
